Darlow Christ Architects helped to create the first restaurant for this European chef, showcasing his clean, simple food with clean, simple design. Rich colors, unexpected textures, and elegant patterns evoke a decidedly modern interior. Industrial materials such as steel, translucent fiberglass, concrete and surplus seatbelt material create a contemporary alternative with a warm, inviting atmosphere.
