CATHERINE A. CHRIST

Seeking the challenge of detailed high-profile projects which benefit from her design and management skills, Catherine’s work is characterized by its originality and its responsiveness to the needs of each particular client. Her career as an architect and designer spans more than three decades and includes restaurant, hotel, retail, and corporate office projects; many of which have received national recognition, winning awards and appearing in design publications.

Catherine holds a Master in Architecture degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Interior Design from Iowa State University, where she graduated with distinction in the Honors Program. In 1992 she started Darlow Christ Architects with partner Peter Darlow and is registered as an architect in Massachusetts and in Iowa. Catherine is a founding member of the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality, Boston Chapter, and a thesis advisor and instructor at the Boston Architectural Center.
